Shipping & handling
- Handling time is normally 1–3 business days
- Tracking is provided for every order
- Valuable cameras, lenses and cine equipment are carefully packed and shipped insured
- Delivery within Germany, the EU and selected international destinations
Deliveries outside the EU
Shipping charges do not include import duties, customs charges or local taxes unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Where applicable, these costs are payable by the recipient in the destination country.

Returns, warranty & invoice
