Buy 35mm film

Analogue 35mm film, respooled cine film and 30m bulk rolls from Berlin. Regular films on this page can be developed in standard labs.

More Information

Cine film is intended for feature film productions and is only available in very long rolls. However, in the 35mm format, it is a film with the same dimensions and mostly the same properties as it is used for analog photography.

We respool the film from the long rolls into the small cartridges for cameras, so that it can be used by everyone.

Some cine films require special development in ECN-2 and have a protective layer called Remjet. The regular films offered here do not have Remjet and can be developed in C-41 in any lab.

Special Films

These cine films need a specialised lab or process.

35mm film from Berlin for EU photographers

35mmdealer focuses on analogue 35mm film for regular 35mm cameras: respooled cine film, Dealer's V3, Kodak Vision3, Fuji Eterna, black-and-white film and 30m bulk rolls. Orders ship from Berlin, with EU customers as the natural focus.

Which 35mm film can I use in a normal camera?

If your camera takes standard 135 film, you can use regular 35mm cartridges. The films in the regular section are made for normal 35mm cameras and usually come with 36 exposures.

What is respooled cine film?

Cine film is originally made in long motion-picture rolls. We respool selected stocks into 35mm cartridges or 30m rolls so photographers can use them in still cameras and bulk loaders.

Can Dealer's V3 be developed in C-41?

Dealer's V3 films in the regular section are made without remjet and can be developed in standard C-41 labs. Films in the special section need a specialised lab or process.

250D, 500T or 200T?

250D is the daylight choice, 500T is useful for tungsten light, evening and night scenes, and 200T works well for studio, portrait and controlled light.

Do you ship 35mm film inside the EU?

Yes. 35mmdealer ships from Berlin, so EU orders avoid the customs friction that often makes low-value film orders from overseas unattractive.
